This module assists our clients to understand the payment trend of any customer. The clients will be able to identify the customers that are likely to pay on time and arrive at the expected DSO for each such customer. As a result, our clients will be able to make effective decisions regarding their account receivables. This module will also clients to review the cash flow patterns of each credit controller and enable comparisons with average /best cash flow across all credit controllers.

• Payment Patterns : We help our clients with an innovative approach to analyze the payment patterns and understand the payment history of their customers. Our module displays outstanding payments of a customer over the past 3, 6, and 12 months.

  The module will provide information such as Average number of days overdue (amount- or brand-wise), and payment history of customers. The module will also rate the customers as best, good, or bad depending o the payment behavior.

  In addition, the module will provide our clients the details of customers that are less likely to pay on time as per credit norms and the expected DSO for each such customer. Average expected delay in payment of invoices will also be estimated and shared by the module.

• Credit Controller:This module is aimed to provide our clients information on the credit controllers contributing to their better cash flow and the corresponding geographies. Using the information clients will be able to set realistic benchmarks for credit controllers as well as understand which credit controllers or geographies need morefollow up for collection process.
