Before joining Satvik, Dr. A. L. Rao worked with Wipro Technology Ltd ($4 Billion+ revenue, IT Consulting Company). Dr Rao joined Wipro as a founder member in 1980 and held various senior management positions including the position of Chief Operating Officer.

Dr.A.L. Rao’s Specialties are IT Strategy, R&D, Competency Development, Quality & People Management. Dr Rao has been elected a Fellow of the Indian National Academy of Engineering for distinguished contribution to Computer Science & Engineering. Dr. Rao did his MSc. and PhD from Andhra University, Vizakhapatnam, India.

Raj has more than 20 years of experience in the fields of Consulting & Strategic Management in IT, ITES and Engineering Industries. Prior to joining Satvik, Raj hold Senior Management positions with TES, Anderson Consulting (Accenture) and Hyder Consulting. Raj holds a Bachelors Degree in Engineering and Masters degree in Management and Technology from University of Sunderland, UK and Advance Management Diploma from Kellogg School of Management.

Raj is responsible for the over all strategic build up of the organization and is instrumental in bringing the creative and innovative value propositions in the organization. Raj brings with long years of experience in executing large-scale projects across the globe.

Vasudevan has more than 20 years of experience in Senior Management roles in IT and Consumer Electronics industry. Prior to Satvik, Vasudevan was the General Manager of Sanyo Corporation MEA region, and held senior management positions in Samsung Electronics.

Vausdevan hold a Post Graduate degree in Science, Post Graduate Degree in Business Administration and Post Graduate Diploma in Production Management.

Kumar has more than 35 years of experience and has held various senior positions in the Financial function. Prior to joining Satvik, Kumar held various senior positions in industries such as IT, KPO and Manufacturing.

Kumar is an alumnus of IIM, Ahmedabad, having done his DBA there in 1970-72. He has followed this up with professional qualifications in Management Accounting from ICWA, Kolkata and Secretarial Compliance from ICSI, New Delhi.

Sudhir has more than 18 years experience in Sales & Marketing in Telecom, IT and Consumer Electronics. Prior to joining Satvik, Sudhir was the Senior Marketing Manager with NOKIA Corporation, and held senior Management positions in Samsung Electronics and Ericsson A.B.

Sudhir holds a bachelors degree in Engineering and Post graduate Diploma in Marketing Management.

Myil has more than 18 Years of experience in Delivery and Customer care in Consumer Electronics, Telecom and office automation industry. Before joining Satvik, Myil was the Country Manager of O2 and has held Senior Management positions in Palm Mobile.

Myil holds a bachelors Degree in Engineering and Post Graduate Degree in Business Administration.

Siva has 17 years of experience in specialized transformation of business units and provide cost effective financial & operational solution for business success by working with Transnational companies in Singapore, UK, USA & Middle East. Industry exposure includes CPG, Hi Tech, Banking, Manufacturing and Energy.

Siva holds CPA qualification in addition to various Finance and accounting qualifications like ACA., AICWA., CIA and CISA.
